Conflict Risk Management
This 4 hour course covers the different types of work place conflict. It also highlights how to undertake and implement conflict management risk assessments. It also allows learners to understand the reasons behind conflict.
Managers will find this course useful when looking to implement risk assessments for safer working practices.
The course can be conducted within your own premises, to a maximum of 10 delegates, or alternatively you could be added to one of our open courses run at a designated venue.
Requirements for training
No previous experience is needed for anyone attending this course.

Communication, body language and blocks to communication that could affect elements of positive communication and maintaining effective dialogue.
Prevention, protecting yourself, defusing and calming.
Attitude and behaviour cycle, exit strategies and reporting and recording.
Assertive, aggressive, submissive and self defence and reasonable force.
Support for victims and post incident meetings.
All courses include manuals, handouts/worksheets.
